Park in Japan

I sometime go to park.

I do nothing there, I don't have purpose then.

Fortunately, Japan has many park and I don't have problem to my destination. I like them because they are free to use.

In this post, I will talk about park in Japan.

Summary

Japan has many maintained park. Many of them are small and located in city.

Japanese law makes municipality to build a large park in living area too.

Because of the reason, small or large parks are there in Japan.

Their are popular space to people.

Recently I went to Mitsuike Park and Komatsugaike Park.

Coincidently, both parks have ponds. The name of both parks have ike(池), the word means ponds.

Mitsuike Park

Mitsuike Park is written 三ツ池公園 in Japanese. 

三(mi) is three, ツ(tsu) is about ”of”, 池(ike) is pond, and 公園(kouen) is park. 

Then, mitsuike park means three ponds park. The name is simple and easy to understand.

Actually mitsuike park has three ponds and many playset. The large park is popular to family and neighborhood.

The park has long slide. It is very slippey. But my unskilled photo don't make us to understand their length and slippery.

The park has parking. The parking is often full. It said the popularity of the Mitsuike park.

When I visited the park, many people play or act as their please at the park. There was a old women who played a musical instrument very well.

Many vending machines prevent people from dehydration.

Kitchen cars came. Ice cream and coffee are sold.

Mitsuike park has many green. It's a feature of the park.

Jumping spider said hello. But focus of the picture isn't good.

The bulletin board talked about biological protection activity.

Green and pond are there.

Under pond. Maybe upper pond and middle pond is others.

There is a pool. It is opened in summer.

Korean totem pole for preventing boundary from devil was. The pole is sometime equipped grilled meat store(culture of grilled meat is come to Japan from Korea). I don't know why this pole is at the place.

We are visited for an hour. It was nice walking.

Komatsugaike Park

Another day, I went 小松ヶ池公園(komatsugaike kouen). 

小(ko) means small, 松(matsu) means pine, ヶ(ga) means about ”of”, 池(ike) and 公園(kouen) means pond and park too.

Then, Komatsugaike park means small pine tree and pond park.

Maybe I visit there was early March I remembered.

The reason why I went to the park is to see Sakura.

A kind of cherry blossom called Someiyoshino is mainly planted in Japan.

They are clone of a tree and bloom at once about late March.

But Kawazu-zakura(Sakura) is planted at Komatsugaike park and neighborhood. We can see cherry blossom early there.

Many people visited to see Kawazu-zakura.

Komatsugaike park is also big, though not as big as Mitsuike park.

The pole said Komatsugaike Park.

There was a big land improve monument.

Great cormorant was. He was not afraid of humans.

Beautiful cherry blossom and pond.

I talked about two park with pond. They are big park.

Most park is smaller than.

Kamikoyamada-mitsuya-seseragi-park is average park.

The park equipped small chair and playset. 

Not interesting, but this is normal park. But not bad, it is nice park.
